J D Supra.com has a piece by Scott Legal Services PC that addresses the Immigration consequences following from the fall of DOMA. “One of the key policy drivers behind Immigration law is family unification and several aspects of the law provide for preferential immigration treatment for spouses.” Under DOMA this aspect of the Law was put aside for Gay and Lesbian couples.
