Who I Am
I am a retired Law Professor and Professor Emeritus at the Ohio Northern University College of Law. I presently live on lake property in Northern Minnesota, McGregor, Minnesota specifically: property that has been in the family since 1910. I continue to pursue my academic interests in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Law as well as the way in which the Law intersects with concepts of Post Modernity.
Since my retirement from teaching, I have maintained a small general practice dealing largely with matters involving business transactions and Administrative Law as well as with folks more normal concerns in dealing with contracts, wills, trusts, probate, family law and real estate issues and am willing to review documents created without legal help. I also have a considerable interest in helping folks with LGBT issues.
Much of my practice is conducted electronically using the Web and e-mail for client communication and document presentation.
